In spring, Kuressaare will close its city centre to cars and make space to pedestrians, cyclists, traders, artists, poets, and soup-makers. There is an entire street dedicated to estonian design and another one to children. There are pop up restaurants everywhere that offer food and drinks that cannot be found in Saaremaa otherwise.
On the last day of the festival the people of Kuressaare open their sheds garages to offer an incredible shopping experience.
